Bridgerton is basically an American series but it is on our list because represents a British influential family Bridgerton. The series is praised across the globe and even its second season got even more recognition. It shows the historical events as well as the lives of the Bridgerton family members. 3: Peaky Blinders (2013):
This is another popular British series on Netflix which got popularity mainly because of the style as it is a period drama. It is one of the crime series on Netflix and revolves around a family which emerged after the first World war. It is about a street gang named Peaky Blinders and their boss Tommy Shelby played by Cillian Murphy. The series has six seasons.

The Crown is most probably one of those British series on Netflix which remained in news since the beginning. The reason is it is supposed to be a historical drama which represents the life of the British Royal family. People got really interested in how the makers would show the lives of Royal members. We do not know how dar the series depicted reality or how much they added fiction, but the series attracted attention across the globe. Until now, five seasons have aired on Netflix.

It is one of the mystery crime British series on Netflix. It is about a detective named Sherlock and is based on detective stories. The man is intelligent and can solve any crime. The series got praise across the globe and got many nominations and awards. The series has four seasons.

It is one of the black comedy British series. It revolves around a 17 years boy James who believes he is a psychopath and Alyssa who is his classmate. Alyssa wants to escape from her life so in James she sees hope. They both run away from their homes and face lots of difficulties in their journey. James fell in love with Alyssa which she does not realize at first. The series is different because of how they portray their lives and all the dark comedy in the series. The series has two seasons and we wish to see more in the upcoming time.
